Our telecom companies are a nightmare of loose security and data breaches never mind customer service @VodafoneUK has randomly disconnected me and sent a dozen text messages since 6am none of which make sense @ofcom zero accountability it seems
A new low in customer service : apart from the incessant ‘apologising’ hapless @VodafoneUK man says ‘that’s a pretty name’ . Wow. Is this a FTSE 100 company ?
And I have a great thread of messages from @VodafoneUK going back to December that shows just how inept : random notifications on turned off security functions changing the plan telling me Xxx amount has been taken about 6 times varying amts - did the tech catch a chill ?
