A new low in customer service : apart from the incessant âapologisingâ hapless @VodafoneUK man says âthatâs a pretty nameâ . Wow. Is this a FTSE 100 company ?
And I have a great thread of messages from @VodafoneUK going back to December that shows just how inept : random notifications on turned off security functions changing the plan telling me Xxx amount has been taken about 6 times varying amts - did the tech catch a chill ?
