Well it will not be fair to disqualify someone because they scanned or attached an ID first instead of a Grade 12. Its always better to attach the documents that are required first and the rest of the add on documents eg. LRC or SRC certificates at the end or any documents that are not asked but would add weight to tour application.
Anyways these are my views and that off a few colleagues in the industry. Some HR professionals differ but it’s really unreasonable and unfair to throw out an application because they did not attach the documents in the order that you want. So to me the order doesn’t matter!!!
ATTACH ALL THE DOCUMENTS AS PER THE ADVERT AND WE ARE GOOD!! Whatever order it doesn’t matter.
