2-Charcot Triad (Acute cholangitis)

4-Rigler Triad (gall stone ileus)
small bowel obstruction
Air in biliary tree
Stone in the right lower quadrant




8-Whipple’s triad (insulinoma)
Hypoglycemia
CNS and vasomotor symptoms (Syncope,diaphoresis)
Relief of symptoms with glucose administration



9-Refeeding syndrome Triad (after refeeding a starved patient):
Hypokalemia
Hypomagnesemia
Hypophosphatemia
