Obviously, as we’d just lost my mum, my dad, sister and I were pretty distraught about this. My dad had also just had a stroke as well!
It also spoke volumes about his claimed personal approach and the attention to detail the firm adopts

Anyway, mistake or not, I learned yesterday that said boss was made aware the letter went out by one of his staff. Which surprised me, as neither my Dad or me has received any apology or any other form of communication.
I’m just saying this, because in just over 2 weeks time, legal obstacles are removed, and I’m going to massively decimate their client bank!
