2016 was such an interesting & defining year. I had graduated from Uni the year before & was waiting for NYSC. During the wait, I took every free digital marketing course I could find - Hubspot, Google Academy et al. I also signed up for and started getting $5-$15 gigs on fiverr.
In addition, @MotherlandMogul & I launched @Renedigitalhub in April ‘16. I remember us traveling to Lagos every other month; Me from Benin & Joyce from Ibadan. We came to Lagos for every event & potential lead😅.
Rene was our baby & it laid a great foundation for us - business and digital marketing wise.

Lots of experimenting, learning and failing. Anyway, I’d talk about Rene in detail another day.
That same 2016, I worked as social media and content manager @gtechdesigns (earning 25k) and then joined @Webcoupers later on in Oct for 30k 💃🏽💃🏽. Interning at Webcoupers was my ticket to relocating to Lagos. See eh, major upgrade💥
