This account will not be very political. BUT I care about what is happening in the world. I read yesterday "Artists caring about politics is cringe"- NO! Not carrying is just dump.
Here is why:
Do you really think Nazis would be okay with gay characters in Books?They burned 1/0

books they just though they were not "german" enough in their eyes. And what will new nazis define as "american" enough? The stole and destroyed art, or forbid art that was not okay in their eyes and shamed it. Does any of you think walking animals will be okay? What about 2/?

anime? Do you really think anything foreing will be allowed?
If you don't care as creator , writer or artist- you have to care, because if not- all your creative freedom will be taken away. There will be no choice anymore. Just a regime will dictate your art. And if you think

this is not possible, because we are so modern. - There are still people that dont go to the internet, that only listen to what hate speech their parent tell them and if no one ever from the outside tells them this is wrong. They will never know.We artists not only need to care,

to keep our rights, we also have to care what we bring out there- to help minds turn in the right direction of freedom, equality and acceptance. I want everyone forever to be able to draw and write, with all faccets of life.
