continuing from yesterdays thread. I have said about all the positions and players. now lets go to the coaching side.
Kibu: He is trying to make a good philosophy for the club. Setting the team to a good playing style. But he needs much more time with the team.

It was easy for Kibu at MB, because they clearly had a better squad than most of the other clubs. They played with less pressure. But at Kerala Blasters the pressure starts when the club announces the players and coaching staff. Kibu is trying to do build-ups in his own style.
Mental fitness: This is one of the most important factor. Kerala have an young squad. Its will be very hard for the players, especially youngsters to play under this pressure.

Against Odisha Blasters took the lead first, but then Odisha put one back. That goal came from the mistake of jeakson, our young lad. Yesterday Jeakson had a key role in the game. He is the starting to all the buildups. But after that goal by mistake, he went down mentally ,his
performance went down, mistakes were made, lot of miss pass. Most of the players have these problems. Having a mental fitness coach can reduce this problem to an extent. Experience will make it better.
There are people who says that this is a sackable performance, well they are right. But for how long will Blasters continue to sack coaches.
Barcelona once was the best team in the world, their Tiki-Taka style was perfect. It took them years to get that style perfected.

They made their youngsters adapt to tiki-taka style. But now they are struggling. Because they lost the continuity making new generations in the style they have played for years. With most of their old players gone, they have lost that tiki-taka style.
We have to understand that whichever playing style we play, the team who have more perfection will be winners. Perfecting a style will take a few years. Changing coaches with different styles will not be better for the future.
Blasters make so many miss pass because they haven't adapted to the style yet. It takes time sometimes. Let kibu stay. let the players perfect his style. Don't make the same mistake every year @KeralaBlasters .
