Woke up to find to my utter devastation, disbelief & pain, a tweet from @CelestialCatty informing me that Andrew Neil, megapublisher & gigapundit, had announced he was blocking me. Since I neither follow him nor he me, I slept the sleep of the just, unaware this cataclysm, So...

what happened? He asked me to remove his name from a tweet. I deleted and that tweet and rephrased. He didn't like the rephrase either though he could not really find factual fault with it. He would not, he insisted, take responsibility for a magazine he was boss of. Fine, don't

Here is series of tweets he sent last night imagining I was reading them., lead up to the crescendo where he, reader, he cuts me off so cruelly. But before then, he had to get in the now obligatory remark about how I singlehandedly have ruined Cambridge. (Once so white, so male)

Have I been... cancelled? Dear oh dear. Anyway, turns out he doesn't like the truth any more than he liked my original poorly phrased tweet. What is a girl to do?

All I will say is that I am so jealous that all the other people, mostly white, mostly male, who said exactly the same things didn't get blocked. But, hey, just means I'm special. What will I do though without access to his great mind? That is the tragedy.
