I love statistics. The best way to look back on a year, is to review what you did. That's why I love #YearInReview by @todoist. So, for example, I completed 6'157 tasks last year, or 16 tasks a day. (1/7) #productivity
My most important advice for you: Learn to prioritise your work! Most tasks are not important. In my case, just 7% of my work was really important. And only 14% of my tasks had to be done on the scheduled day. (2/7)
It doesn't matter which tool or system you use. Just adapt it and stick to it! I relay on @Todolist. I use the app almost every day. So I also did in 2020. On 358 days of the past year, I completed at least one task. I use my task-list personal and for business. (3/7)
Review your work at least once a week. I did this often on a Saturday. On Sunday I will not touch my work. In this case, I am using @todoist just for personal reminders. For example, for my Shopping- or Travel-Bucket list (4/7)
Have a plan! I remind myself about birthdays, about phone calls (even if it's six months ahead), lead full projects with #Todoist - or I review my travel bucket list. It helps me to clear my mind. I'm never afraid anymore to forget something in the future. (5/7)
Finally, review what you did, learn from your mistakes - and repeat the procedure until it's getting (almost) perfect. That's why I like @todoist. The tool tries to do this - and motivates you even with simple things - like Karma points. (6/7)
Last but not least: Congratulations to @doist for this #YearInReview. It's simply beautiful and fun to read.
