1. Learn more, question more. You will become more informed than doctors and this will be your duty and your power.
2.Start following some bad ass sex positive leaders. Recognize the misogyny in definitions of sex limited to penetration, and "health care" focused on reproduction and male pleasure. Join those fighting for LGBQT+ rights, embrace queer theories of sex. It is liberating.
3. Consider Men's underwear. It is ROOMY.
4. Don't stop riding a bike. Check out the spongy wonder or other noseless bike seats. Get angry that studies of nerve damage and bike seats have left out people with vulvas.
5. Keep trying to ask for what is new in treatments, therapies and options. Stitch together the health care you need and that serves you for you.
