@timothy_jshaw I hate Central Bankers and believe the concept of fiat is flawed. I am intrigued by Bitcoin, but I make it a point not to invest in things I don't understand. Lost my ass that way 20 years ago. So here are the questions/concerns I have that have kept me away:
1. Why Bitcoin above any other crypto? If any other cryptos are suitable/equivalent or could be, then the supply of $BTC isn't really limited.
2. What is Bitcoin? Is it a currency, store of value, or a speculative instrument? It cannot be all 3, yet it has properties of each.

3. What happens if governments decide to ban Bitcoin or develop their own blockchain-based currencies?
4. I am concerned that I have to use what I view as fly-by-night companies to trade $BTC as opposed to being able to trade it through banks or mainstream financial entities.

5. Finally, China. The fact that so much of $BTC is owned in China concerns me.
People like @Nbaplayoffs2025 have really taught me a ton about $BTC. I need those questions answered to buy.
