After yesterday’s revelation by @rayferrarotsn on the @rayanddregs podcast, we have an update on the “5 greatest misadventures Ray has had on the road” list.
#5 After coming down for breakfast in the hotel in Columbus, Ray is not able to remember which room he’s in, or which floor he is staying on.
#4 Ray misses his flight from Vancouver to the World Championship, forcing Gord to wait for five hours in a Vienna airport coffee shop (Gord doesn’t drink coffee) because TSN’s travel department is convinced that Ray won’t be able to find the train station on his own.
#3 Ray streams an entire @LandonFerraro AHL game on his phone while on roaming in Russia, can’t understand why his data has been shut off.
#2 On his way to dinner with Gord and @DarrenDreger in Paris, Ray sneaks into a chocolaterie and buys some chocolates, sticking them in his shirt pocket to hide his secret addiction. During dinner, the chocolates melt, ruining the shirt.
And our new #1: Naked, Ray locks himself out of his hotel room the morning of the WJC gold medal game. Wrapped only in a bathmat he finds in a housekeeping storage closet, he has to wait for @CraigJButton to finish a radio show before knocking on his door to call the front desk.
