After everything, I’d love to see legislation that sets a pathway for legal status to undocumented immigrants. Since day one they’ve been vilified and called the enemy - by a base who actually causes the biggest threat - and still, they kept working to keep this country going.

In fact, last month a new report by the Center for American Progress noted the important contributions of 10.4 million undocumented immigrants in
, an estimated 5 m undocumented essential workers who help during the pandemic. From waste management, fishing and forestry

they are a GIGANTIC force. Not to mention, unlike 45, they pay taxes.

So after all of this, I hope that the narrative of the undocumented immigrant changes. Not just from the right or conservative ultra fox news junkie but from everyone.
