2. The announcement yesterday could & should have been that while all schools have to close immediately because of the serious public health situation, work would begin immediately to ensure the graduated reopening of Special Schools and classes as soon as it could be done safely

4 If they were honest and said that there is an obvious public health risk in opening schools and an obvious social health risk for many children and young people in closing them and what we are trying to do is balance those two risks..
