2/ August 19, 2015: Two Boston brothers invoked Trump when arrested for beating and urinating on a homeless man.

In response to the news that the Boston assault was inspired by his rhetoric, Trump called the men “passionate” and didn't denounce the violence until days later.
4/ October 22-November 1, 2018: Cesar Sayoc, a Florida Trump supporter, mailed 16 inoperative pipe bombs to Democratic leaders who had been critical of Trump’s presidency.

Trump first condemned Sayoc’s action but then walked back his condemnation.
5/ July 14, 2019: Trump attacked the group of congresswomen known as “the Squad,” tweeting that they should “go back” to the “crime infested places from which they came.”
