In reality, the whole world is struggling in a variety of ways. Applying pressure on someone to be politically active when they can’t even get out of bed due to depression is insensitive. So fuck your ‘if you’re quiet we aren’t friends anymore’ social media shame. (2/4)

If you want to be politically active on your social media that’s cool, do you boo.. but people process and cope with political events differently! If you’re shaming people you’re missing the point of your own political activism. Remember to be kind and help educate. ✨ (4/4)
