Update on our border: As of today, if you are flying into Canada, you will need to present a negative COVID-19 test result before boarding your flight. The test must be conducted within 72 hours of your scheduled departure. If you do not comply, you will be denied from boarding.
When you arrive in Canada, you must still quarantine for 14 days. Officers will confirm your quarantine plans - and public health officials, the RCMP, and provincial law enforcement will verify compliance. If you do not respect quarantine, you will face serious consequences.
As we have since March of last year, we strongly advise against non-essential travel. We’ll continue do whatever it takes to keep people across the country safe. For more on the strong border measures we’ve put in place, click here: https://bit.ly/3bjNV5e
