I keep seeing calls of hypocrisy. Let me drop a hard truth on you motherfuckers.

Everybody in this society is a fucking hypocrite. I am. You are. We all fucking are. Oh did you call me a hypocrite? Ok fine. I am. What's your point? Does that somehow vindicate you? I don't like this. It shouldn't be like this. But this is how it is. Let me explain further.
Our whole society relies on hypocrisy. It's the cornerstone of everything. Our fucking politicians? They love it. If anyone in power stopped being a hypocrite, why that would threaten the entire thing!
I say "stopped" because there's no way in hell a truly un-hypocritical human would rise up to seize any kind of goddamn power in this society. Can you imagine? That motherfucker would get chewed up and spit out before their 18th birthday.
I see all these dumbfuck political debates. Every time someone fucks up, their team starts on about something the other side did. Y'all compare your hypocrites like fucking trading cards.
If hypocrisy wasn't ubiquitous, what the fuck would we even do? Collapse as a society, probably, I'm sad to say.
Hypocrites are always going to rule modern society. We citizens are always going to be forced into morally gray horseshit and have to drum up some kind of dumbfuck rationale for it. It's never going to be any different.
Now here's the clincher. All that hypocrisy? You love it. I love it. It's our security blanket. If I'm associated with something evil, at least it's not only me! You are too! Everyone else is! So we can always call out one another's hypocrisy and feel better about ourselves.
We're always pissed when those we disagree with does something, or is associated with something, wrong. But when someone on our side fucks up, or WE fuck up, we are SO glad we can look back and say "tu quoque."
THAT BEING SAID, I'm sick and fucking tired of seeing people compare yesterday's coup attempt to the George Floyd protests, where AND I QUOTE "wHoLe CiTIeS wErE bUrNeD tO tHe GrOuNd."
Fuck. Off. First off, BLM protests came at the head of LITERAL GENERATIONS OF FUCKING HELL AND TERROR for POC while half of you fucks are saying "oh but it's not so bad for them." THE COUP was a bunch of crybaby ass cowards sad because they lost.
And if it really was a stolen election, one of the some 90 judges (many appointed by Trump himself) would have looked at the evidence and said, "This is wrong." IT NEVER HAPPENED.
Secondly, the cops were inciting the violence at the BLM protests. Militarized police showing up like the fucking dark troopers in Mandalorian, beating the shit out of unarmed citizens. I saw the raw footage. Fuck. Off.
The COUP, however, I saw that raw footage too, including the clip where a woman threw her life away for NOTHING. Those people were let in. Escorted. Helped down stairs. Taken selfies with. Waved on in with little resistance.
There were dozens of heavily armed soldiers lining the capitol steps BEFORE the George Floyd protests even began.
So YES we're all hypocrites. Fuck off. Black lives matter. Trump lost. Yesterday was a coup attempt. Nothing like the George Floyd protests. And if you don't like that, you can eat my shit.
