I’ll share with you my FAVORITE CACAO RECIPES and ways to consume it

Each recipe has different benefits, and different times for consumption

Lets get right into it PUTOS
MAYAN FIRE DRINK 🔥

- 1 tbsp AND 1 tsp of Cacao powder
- 2 cinnamon slices
- 2 cloves
- 1 chili without root
- 1 tsp of sea salt
- 1 liter of water

THIS WILL AWAKEN YOUR MAYAN WARRIOR LESSSGGGOOOOO
1. Warm a pot with water. Don’t boil it. Just hot enough. Add the chili, clove, salt and cinnamon, keep it warm enough.

2. Just before it starts boiling, add the CACAO. Dissolve it. Remove the chili.

3. MIX THAT SHIT UP BABY

4. serve it, use raw 🍯 if neeeded. SLONK IT.
Mayas & Aztec fellas used to mix Cacao with red Chilli 🌶, why?:

1. It intensifies EVERY flavor, and the flavor contrast is S W E E T 🤙

depend on your biology, homie. some people aren’t very sensitive to cacao, needing “higher” (+25g) doses to see benefits

others just hear chocolate and can’t sleep for 2 nights

start with ONE TBSP a day, each morning.
you can increase the dose later, but if you feel cacao’s benefits from that daily dose, then it’s ok to stay in that dose LESSSGOOOOO

I do 30-40g every-morning and sometimes 15g + RAW honey before a workout. 🦍

5. FAQ

“isn’t the oxalate content high?”

89.9mg per 30g, the recommended dose.

If you’re NOT sensitive to oxalates or genetic predisposed to kidney problems, this dose won’t be an issue.
and if your gut is on point, it won’t be an issue.

gut bacteria can break down oxalates, and a strong, tight gut lining prevents them from crossing into the bloodstream

and the cacao’s mineral content make it even less of an issue

if still concerned, drink ACV + Lime Juice
and on improving your gut:

- ZERO SUGAR
- FASTING!!!
- KEFIR
- Magnesium
- Vitamin A, Collagen, Zinc
- MORE KEFIR
- circadian rhythm optimization (sunlight, low emf, no blue light, exercise)
- raw eggs, ACV, electrolytes, regulate fiber intake, etcetcetc
“does dairy and its casein inhibit cacao’s antioxidant absorption?”

I’ve been drinking Kefir (has casein) with Cacao every morning

I still feel the full, signature Cacao benefits

So from my experience, no, it won’t interfere

The bottom line?
TRY IT. SEE FOR YOURSELF. EXPERIMENT.

I found studies that said that casein boosted cacao’s flavonols absorption, others that said it interfered.
