80% of messages ask what someone should do in tech and with me working two jobs I don’t have the time to answer every single dm about tech unfortunately but there’s no short answer.

Tech is a really broad field. And you need to take the time to research many factors to take a path convenient for you. This is based on salary, your location, your education, skillset, hobbies, etc. there’s not really a short answer so you have to RESEARCH.

I literally figured out what my goal salary is FOR ME. Looked at the certs/skill sets that would get me there and identified what the easiest/quickest route would be FOR ME. Again considering many of my own personal factors. You also have to find something that you don’t mind

studying. But if you’re getting into tech, please be comfortable with researching because you’re gonna spend the rest of your life doing it in this field. And if you aren’t comfortable with researching the area of tech you should be in, idk what to tell you

I would recommend taking a week or two to just research areas in tech. Watch YT videos on the subject, if you can’t get through the first 2 mins of something...then that area isn’t for you. Go to the next one.
