I hope meaningful change is on the horizon. #CapitolHill

As a Nation are we going to continue to have meeting after meeting w/o sustainable action? Are we going to be stuck in the proverbial hamster wheel? Or are we going to develop sustainable policies & systems?
The responsibility lies on educational institutions, medical institutions, and corporations to address their current culture and policies and to act. Yes it will take time, but that doesn’t mean we can’t develop system based plans and policies now.
We must move away from programmatic solutions and move toward more sustainable system based solutions. This is how we make real progress. If your morals and goals are to address racism, social justice and health equity, then you must adapt a systems based approach.
