Yesterday, we all saw the danger in looking at all of these white mass-shooters and bombers as “lone wolves,” like the Christchurch or El Paso shooter. These people are radicalized online and share bits of racist culture and create new ones.

They share a common cultural foundation. So while they may mostly act alone in their specific act of terror, they are very much part of a robust community.

That community are the ones who breached the Capitol yesterday. Those are the real people behind the screens.
