Allow me to be devil’s advocate for a minute.

So if the steal NEEDS to happen in order for there to be an active coup and to get the military to respond, wouldn’t it be necessary for Pence to APPROVE the electoral count?

If Pence did what we all wanted him to do and threw out the electors for each state in question (which would look bad optically) or sent the electors back to the state legislatures, the steal would not have happened and Trump would’ve won.

By approving the electoral votes that CONGRESS submitted, despite all the allegations of voter fraud, Pence sealed THEIR fate unbeknownst to them.

In other words, I think we just saw our “stealth bomber.”

Last night, under the cover of being “one of their own,” Pence delivered the “payload” that was needed and left before anyone knew what had hit them.

Boom.
