You can't spread or transmit Covid19, you can only spread or transmit SARSCoV2 if symptomatic. Whether SARSCoV2 becomes symptomatic or even severe Covid19 in someone else depends on their Vitamin D levels. Point 2 of the #MonottiProtocol.
And prior cross reactive T-cell immunity in approximately 50% of the population. Probably vitamin D levels & cross reactive T-cell immunity work together in a synergistic way, as vitamin D boosts T-cells. That is what I would expect to a degree.
"When a T cell is exposed to a foreign pathogen, it extends a signalling device or 'antenna' known as a vitamin D receptor, with which it searches for vitamin D,", and if there is an inadequate vitamin D level, "they won't even begin to mobilize"
"High levels of vitamin D are also critical for first line immune defences including physical mucosal defences, human antiviral production, modulating cytokines, reducing blood clotting and a whole host of other important immune system functions"
"The UK suffers from exceptionally high levels of vitamin D deficiency with serum levels averaging only 20ng/ml, half the optimal level."
"It examines the strong body of existing evidence connecting vitamin D deficiency to increased respiratory tract infections highlighting the central epigenetic role of vitamin D in immune system responses during a respiratory tract infection with SARS-CoV-2"
"Current UK guidelines recommend 400 IU of vitamin D per day whereas 6,000-10,000 IU per day is required to maintain blood levels of 40ng/ml, widely accepted as being the level required to support immunity, optimal health, and reduction in all-cause mortality."
