What is the thing you can do now that will make things better, move you towards your goals, bring joy, ease chaos, etc etc
A quick win? Some planning? A chunk of a big task?

There's no wrong or right answer. It might be:
review and reprioritise my list
have a cup of tea and a chat with my friend
have a power hour
let my boss know that I need another day to finish that task
go for a walk
have a nap
clean the bathroom







Everything is A Lot right now. Plans are being thrown out of the window. The goalposts are moving. Time feels like it's shrinking and stretching in weird ways. Emotions are BIG.
