My company has been in business for 43 years, wow. We have 200 souls working with us, most of whom have 25 years’ or more seniority.
If we weren’t DOD classified “essential services”, I’m not certain that we would have survived the fascist, illegal mandates of @GovWhitmer.

Our employee’s retirement is the 100% match on their 401(k) that we’ve been making for at least the last 20 yrs.
We’ve instilled the importance of fiscal responsibility.
They’ve been paid above-market.
If our employees are not fiscally stable, that’s on them.
