Two years of Bus Stop Editorial Services today. And they told me I wouldn't make it to one year.
By "they", I mean the people I have just made up in my head.
As it happens, I am very close to concluding work on the production of a book written by one of my first clients. And in the next few tweets I will tell you what I have learnt.
Books can sometimes have lots of pages. In many cases, over 100.
Or is that *more than* 100? This is the sort of questions one has to ask when one is editing a book.
It always takes longer than one would think to do an illustration, even in Procreate. Apart from those times when it takes less time.
The point is, illustrations never take exactly the amount of time one thinks they will take to complete. I am not sure how useful this information is.
