I have to admit, it does bug me that Labour activists are being compared to trump supporters. Last GE was conducted under the ever present threat of violence and intimidation for us. People were attacked FFS.
I got plenty of low level mouth from drunks, one I did manage to diffuse when he found out I was from a forces family... But another of our number was utterly traumatized by point blank yelling from a member of the public and one of our canvassers was threatened with a hammer.
So it really does fuck me off to see all these wet prick libs make out that we were the threat. No one stormed parliament here, and honestly the way national discourse is going, if the left ever mobilise it'll be to stop what just happened in the US.
We've deemed left wing discourse unacceptable in our media and lost a major counterweight to our ever more right leaning media. So I fully expect matters to get worse.
