60% of untraceable COVID cases are believed to be from restaurants
Aiming for 70% drop in number of people commuting to work
Covid does not seem to be spreading in schools so will remain open




(Paraphrasing) Recently more than half of the cases are from those in their 30s or younger. The reality is that even without serious symptoms young people are spreading the virus. So to protect everyone please abide by these measures.

But restaurants that abide by the 8pm curfew will receive ¥1.8M ($17,400) per month. That’s up slightly from the ¥1.2M ($11,600) given in the previous state of emergency.
