That voice isn't speaking Chinese. These aren't pro-Beijing thugs. These people don't all have a long & intimate history with China, or Iran, or NK, or anywhere else... Just Russia. They are Putin's propagandists & proxies. This crowd is DEFINED by its alignment with Moscow. /10
