Everyone that voted for trump and/or supported him over these last four years had a hand in this too. Whether you voted for him in 2016 and then became ashamed of him or only recently became ashamed of him. If you didn’t actively try and stop his rise to power and attempts to

undermine our democracy. This is the fruit of tree whose seeds you watered. He should’ve been stopped in 2015 but definitely in 2016. From the moment he made his announcement speech, all roads led to this moment. You are a part of this legacy.

I’m also not impressed by members

of the GOP that are just now standing against trump and excoriating him online or in the government. This is a monster of their own creation and they need to own up to it and be held accountable for what they’ve done. They’re not children they shouldn’t be lauded for doing what

they are supposed to do. They are not going above and beyond their civic or constitutional duties. They’re doing what they took an oath under God to do. So no I will not applaud Graham, McConnell, Sasse or Romney. Do what you’re supposed to do! Tell the truth!

You don’t get a medal for that.
