Since Marten Hills is the rage these days (and I know nothing about it) I wanted to look into it a bit more.
Starting with Headwater Exploration Inc. (asset recently bought from Cenovus).
No real point to this, just finished looking at it and had questions. #EFT

Currently have 11 multi-lateral wells producing 2500-3000 bbls/d.
Going to monitor these declines going forward and see if they truly are as low as portrayed.

Most of these wells are multi-laterals with 4-8 legs
AER data allocates production to only one of the legs (red laterals shown) but I assume that is simply for reporting purposes (ex: need 1 UWI to allocate production to) and that all of the laterals are contributing from day1?

Hopefully someone can step in and explain here, how are these wells completed? I know they don't require any stimulation (fracturing or steam etc.) but are the laterals cased? Open boreholes? Is there sand control? What is the standard AL? ESP? RP? #EFT
However the case, C$1-1.25MM to drill an 8 leg multi lateral is pretty good..
