Take screenshots and keep record of everything. Screenshot the persons account and the tweet. Copy the link to the tweet. This is useful even if the tweet is deleted

If you think you are in immediate danger, call your countries emergency number. +
+Report the tweet/doxx immediately. I don't just mean through twitter either, contact the police.

Change your passwords to your accounts and emails too if they have been compromised. Make sure to turn on 2 factor authentication asap.
TO AVOID GETTING DOXXED
Remove any personal info from your account and do NOT open any links you get from dms even if you know the person unless you are 100% sure its from them. Their account could also have been compromised.
