this is all transparently self-serving cowardly l’esprit de l'escalier but the more people who cut ties with donald trump right now the better off our country is and I reluctantly, temporarily embrace the deathbed conversions
there will be a time for reckoning and this is not that time. this is the time to accomplish one unified objective: cleave trump support off as an acceptable mainstream practice.
it’s an ugly, disgusting, filthy indulgence but the alternative is worse. this is the final opportunity america has to clip the oxygen line to the lungs of trumpism.
the time will come, soon, that the piper is paid and the phony deathbed converts are made to remember their roles. you know me. I live for that shit. I ask for your trust on this.
