As context, these insurectionist groups have been growing in numbers on encrypted channels, operating as militias in plain site. The groups share detailed schematics for printing of weapons and weapons modification, advanced urban warfare tactics and much more.
Over the past two months, these groups have utilized these platforms to share tactics, including offering bounties for hard to find/manufacture weapons modifications. Lawmakers need to take action to ensure that we are mitigating risks posed to our nation through loopholes.

I'm hesitant to post this video, which appears to be a confession from a 'paid rioter'. The confession appears to an attempt to be 'first to flip' for a plea deal. This was pulled from encrypted channels yesterday, and we are working to confirm its authenticity.
