It’s a dangerous pretzel logic that leads one to bellow law and order and then despoil the constitution; to “love the troops” and subvert the very democracy that men and women in uniform stormed beaches and died in foxholes to preserve. (1)

It’s a dangerous precedent to claim electoral malfeasance for a season only to produce no evidence to a single independent legal authority; (2)

It’s immoral to convince others that truth is fiction and that dishonesty is truth; and it’s amoral to raise money off the entire empty box of air.(3)

The Republic still stands. But we wobbled violently today, the world watched in astonishment, and I fear the next time might be worse. Today was a dark day. (4)
