I am sickened as I watch what is happening at our U.S. Capitol right now. I think about all the times we warned that our president and his enablers were inciting violence.

All this time, our colleagues across the aisle were screaming about the peaceful protesters outside our state capitol. They created laws to make these peaceful protesters felons and take away their voting rights.

Today we have seen what truly violent rioters look like, we have seen these riots be incited by a president who has been enabled by Tennessee Republicans. We are hearing one of our members is there in DC for the riots. This is unconscionable.
