DOH-Okaloosa is once again partnering with @OkaloosaCounty Emergency Medical Services and local fire departments to offer COVID-19 vaccinations by appointment only to adults ages 65 and older and non-hospital health care workers with direct patient contact. (1/8)

Appointments are required for the vaccination clinics. Do not arrive at the vaccination sites without an appointment. Anyone born in January 1956 or earlier and non-hospital health care workers with direct patient contact are eligible for a vaccine appointment. (2/8)

The drive-thru vaccination clinics will be held on January 11 ( @CityofCrestview Community Center), January 12 (DOH-Okaloosa’s Fort Walton Beach Office), and January 13 ( @DestinFWB Convention Center). (3/8)

Registration will open at noon on Thursday, January 7 for both online and phone-based scheduling. Please do not call to schedule an appointment before this time. Appointments are unable to be made through email. (4/8)

We will issue an update once vaccination slots have been filled. These slots are expected to fill up quickly but please be assured as we receive more vaccine, we will have additional vaccination clinics. (6/8)
