This is literally like the violent overthrow of Reconstruction in the south. It’s the same white supremacist playbook of using terror to overthrow the democratic process.

This is an armed insurrection against the Government of the United States. From now on I will call all @GOP politicians rebels. That’s what Thaddeus Stevens called former Confederates well after the Civil War. Bloody traitors inciting violence and then crying crocodile tears!

I don’t understand why are these rioters and terrorists not being arrested and put into jail? There is a curfew and these people are just meandering around the streets in DC? What the heck is happening?
