I think when a series gets immense popularity and is mostly great and amazing, even if it gets a little low, even if some stuffs are decent, to say, it'll be pinpoint of hate and be flashed in.

Naruto is the perfect example. None of these stuffs are "bad". Most are average/good.

Let's start with Sakura, yes she's not the best part of the series. But she's NO WHERE NEAR the hate she actually gets, like we have fucking mass murderer, genocide plotting shitholes on the show too people.

A lot of hate she gets come from fillers & Pierrot fucked up few -

important scenes too. So, stop blaming Kishimoto.
