I do not respect the Trump people because they have always been playing Fight The Cops on Very Easy difficulty

Like to the point where it’s passé to do a ‘oh, so they’re not beating THESE guys’ post

That said, the fact that they don’t *know* how easy they have it might suggest that you can get surprisingly far with this stuff with just dumb audacity, which might be encouraging

Like I have seen the take that the cops aren’t overwhelmed but are intentionally letting this happen, and I don’t believe that. I think the cops are getting owned

And getting owned by people who simultaneously believe that they’re the thin blue line and heroes and also anti-christian deep state traitors

Turns out that having just enough of the first one throws them badly off balance because they don’t want to really hurt you, and then they get owned

This feels like watching a wrestler fight a boxer. The cops show up for the show they thought everyone had agreed on: some pushing and shoving and then everyone goes home. And nobody told the other guys
