Lit mags, let's brainstorm, please! The goal, of course, is always to pay submitters, but for marginalized editors or those who have never had access to wealth, what we need isn't a reminder of the goal but suggestions for how to get there. Let's thread some!

If you have a way you've made to make it feasible, please drop it down. If you've tried and failed, please put what you've tried and your circumstances and maybe someone has suggestions. If you see an equity issue with a suggestion, please let people know.
