Toomey indicates his speech will touch on whether or not congress has the constitutional authority to question whether or not the states adequately ran their elections.

Toomey says it does not.

Toomey says the legislatures approved the process by which to send electors to Washington and issues have been adjudicated in the courts.

Toomey implies there's hypocrisy in only questioning contested swing states instead of all states.

"I did not want Joe Biden to win this election. But there's something more important to me than having my preferred candidate sworn in as president, and that's having the American people's choice sworn in as President," Toomey said. And with that, he wraps.
