Superb ✊
United's rotation this season has been superb. When you look at the data it's evident the level of planning and foresight.

It makes sense, last season we played the same XI consistently, went on a 19 game run & then their legs fell off — Ole isn't making the same mistake again.
His 'process' has been handsomely rewarded — no long term injuries so far (fingers crossed Lindelof's isn't too serious) & a fully fit squad (bar Jones & Cavani) available for tonight.

When you see the injury lists of other sides, you appreciate what Ole has done even more.
Of course such heavy rotation means:

— some inconsistent results
— longer acclimatization time for new players/roles
— harder to nail down your place etc

But even with such heavy rotation Ole has got us to 2nd on GD — The work he's done is truly underrated this season.
Ole has consistently called for player welfare. The fact that it isn't just talk & that he is walking the walk is why this squad fights for him — that is management.

No long term injuries + 2nd on GD show how Ole has once again turned an adversity into an advantage.

End 🥂
