Today in Congress, some Republicans who are more loyal to Donald Trump than to our Constitution are going to attempt to undermine the will of the people.

They won't succeed -- but they'll do a lot of lying in the meantime.

I'm here to refute their lies. Follow along.
. @HawleyMO Lie: PA's vote-by-mail law is unconstitutional.

Fact: The law is plainly constitutional. PA's Constitution requires the Legislature allow absentee voting in certain circumstances. It does NOT require all other votes be cast in person. It sets a floor--not a ceiling.
Our mail-in voting law was passed with more R votes than D. Its constitutionality was only questioned after Trump lost PA.

Even if there were any merit to this claim, there is no justification for disenfranchising 7M Pennsylvanians who voted in 2020 based on our state laws.
. @RepLeeZeldin Lie: Some PA counties allowed ballot curing while others didn't, violating equal protection rights.

Fact: Making it easier for some people to vote does not burden the right of others. Every county in PA was free to provide notice-and-cure procedures to voters.
Also, the total number of ballots that were subject to notice-and-cure procedures is much smaller than the Biden's win margin in Pennsylvania.

Even if meritorious, this objection is not evidence of fraud.
. @SenToomey Fact: There is no evidence of significant fraud or conspiracies that cast any serious doubt on who won the election in Pennsylvania.
