I know many Mitron disagree with me. But Indian cities have a stray dog problem. Not everyone is dog lover. Not everyone is tolerant of dog poop in front of their flats. Many people want to walk and run about in their neighborhoods without worrying about dog attacks

Having a dog is a huge responsibility- you can't just feed and forget about it. It has to be sheltered, taken for regular walks on a leash, you have to take it to the vet and pick up its poop all the time. And yes, you have to restrict your trips/travels to cater to its needs.
