People who have obviously broken the law to commit crimes against humanity should not be given full rights when they’ve clearly taken them away from others. If we do this, we’re giving them all the tools they need to continue crime, by using the flaws in the justice system itself
When the system grants full human rights to people who’ve acted far less than human by abusing, they’re doing the same thing victims of violence did themselves: giving them chance after chance to prove they can be human & refrain from committing crime again. But they DO & WILL.
Why doesn’t the justice system listen to survivors of violent crime, follow their guidance on how to deal w/ this behavior, and learn how to outsmart these criminal guys?

The answer is likely this: the system itself benefits more by catering to perpetrators than helping victims.
If that’s not the case, and the justice system is merely incompetent—which you’d expect people who are well-versed in criminal law to understand how perpetrators & violent crime actually works, wouldn’t you—then they would & should listen to the community they’re serving more.
