Note to people taking pot shots at Nicholson Baker for his piece on lab origin for pandemic: His most recent book was born out of years of trying to find out if the US used biological weapons in the Korean War. Unless we want generations to be asking those kinds of questions... https://twitter.com/nicholsonbaker8/status/1346795450913927172
About what is happening now, we need to get serious about investigating what caused the pandemic. There two committees which are supposed to be doing that, but Peter Daszak, who helped fund the dangerous lab work in Wuhan is on both. See my recent piece: https://www.independentsciencenews.org/news/peter-daszaks-ecohealth-alliance-has-hidden-almost-40-million-in-pentagon-funding/
I document how Daszak's EcoHealth Alliance have numerous personnel, ideological and financial ties to the Pentagon -- they got over $100 million from USAID and the Pentagon. ...
Baker's book, "Baseless: My Search for Secrets in the Ruins of the Freedom of Information Act" comes to the conclusion that the US government used bioweapons as disinformation -- they made the Koreans and the Chinese think they were using them to mess with them....
Others, like @jeff_kaye disagree with this. But it's exactly this kind of deranged disinformation that makes me open to the possibility that the pandemic could be the US or a proxy attempting to frame the Chinese labs.
Another example is the apparent murder of Frank Olson by the US gov. The US gov actually planted the story of Olson jumping out of a NYC window as part of an LSD experiment gone wrong -- quite likely to cover up their use of biowarfare...in Korea. See my: https://husseini.posthaven.com/did-this-virus-come-from-a-lab-maybe-not-but-it-exposes-the-threat-of-a-biowarfare-arms-race
Here's a slide of Daszak's presentation to @JeffDSachs and others about origins, praising Donald Rumsfeld's "know knowns" remarks. Said Daszak: “It’s an awesome quote!" "What a genius!” For Daszak, who funded the dangerous lab work, to be on these committees is beyond parody.
