Lessons Learned in 2020

- THREAD -
1 - Your no1

The fast-paced world makes us forget about what's really important.

YOUR family!

This was the year to spend with your family and closest friends.

Imagine all of them disappear in one day?

What are you left with? NOTHING.

Spend time with them while they're here.
2 - Sh*t can hit the fan

You've seen it.

In 2 months the world changed.

>> Massive hit for the economy
>> Virus everywhere
>> Lockdown

And others.

Taking everything for granted is a sign of ungratefulness.
3 - Avoid the news

People who tell you to watch the news are usually:

- Naive
- Depressed
- Without life purpose

It's crucial to know what's going

BUT...

Spending half of your day reading/watching the news is going to do much more harm than you think.

Avoid at all costs.
4 - Stick to the routine

Now that we're in a lockdown it's easy to lose your mind.

How to avoid this?

Create a routine and stick to it.

When to:

- Wake up
- Exercise
- Read
- Work
- Eat

Your days will be more productive and meaningful.
5 - There is no such thing as "Job Security"

Great 2020 lesson.

People went from "living a good life" to "I don't know how to pay rent" overnight.

You shouldn't depend on one income stream. EVER!

Start something on the side and:

- Remove stress
- Make more $
- Be free
Build a side job bringing in $2k-10k every month by

Helping businesses:

- Make more money

6 - Stay Fit

Fitnesses are closed (at least here). So what?

Pick up some basic equipment on Amazon and get to work.

Fantastic (and effective) workouts can be made at home.

Remember...

A weak body puts you in a dangerous position & you can't afford that.
8 - Rest your mind

Without this, it's easy to go nuts.

Make sure you:

- Get to know your true self with meditation
- Clear your mind with long walks
- Journal often

This was life-changing for me.

Try it out yourself.
