NFL franchises with the most decades with 7+ winning seasons:

Green Bay Packers: 7
Chicago Bears: 4
Pittsburgh Steelers: 4
Kansas City Chiefs: 3
Washington: 3

There is nothing ordinary about the Packers’ sustained success over the last 100 years.
For those that claim, “the Packers only have all of this success because they have been around forever.”

70% of Green Bay’s decades boast 7+ winning seasons.

Steelers: 50%
Chiefs: 50%
Bears: 40%
Dolphins: 40%
Patriots: 30%

The Cardinals, who are as old as Green Bay, are at 0%.
Green Bay has as many decades with 7+ winning seasons (7) as the rest of the NFC North combined.

Bears (4), Vikings (2) & Lions (1).

How about this? The NFC South has never had a team boast 7+ winning seasons in a decade.

Saints, Bucs, Falcons & Panthers have 0 such decades.
So not only do the Packers have the most decades with 7+ winning seasons, they also have the highest percentage of such decades.

That’s greatness. That’s sustaining success. That’s a culture. That’s what separates them.

Winning is in the Packers’ DNA, from Lambeau to LaFleur.
Some perspective:

16 NFL franchises, half of the league, have had one decade (or less) with 7+ winning seasons.

Including the Cardinals (0) and Lions (1). Cardinals were established in the NFL in 1920, the Lions in 1930.

Time in the league doesn’t create history. Winning does.
